A Message from Jim
We all look forward to spring ! It must be the freshness and the "newness" that we all so anticipate. Here at the Help Center we are always trying to encourage people and give them hope that things can be "new" for them. In the Bible, in the final book, toward the very end we get an incredible glimpse of mankind and the Earth's future.
Revelations 21
1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
God's words in the Bible are faithful and true! We strive to encourage people that God can perform miracles in their life to give them a new hope. They can have hope for new relationships, jobs, attitudes, and a new sense of worth and belonging! Not to mention a new future both here and in the "New Earth" God has prepared to usher in! We always appreciate your gifts and donations that enable us to pay our bills, buy food for the food bank and other ministry needs, but what you really support is giving people a NEW HOPE!
